ST. PADDY'S DAY FEATURED RECIPE The Melon Drop
The Melon Drop isn’t just a great-tasting slushie — it’s a scalable, repeatable menu item built for consistency. We use Margarita Man mixes because they allow us to consistently recreate the same smooth, creamy melon flavor every time, whether you’re pouring one batch or running multiple machines during a rush. That reliability builds customer trust, creates a recognizable flavor your guests come back for, and removes the guesswork from staff training: same recipe, same results, every pour — exactly what high-volume service demands.
Flavor-wise, think Dairy Queen’s classic Lemon-Lime Starkiss meets a melon bomb — smooth, creamy citrus with a bright melon twist. Where the infamous Lemon Drop drink is sharp and sour, the Melon Drop is a creamy melon bomb with soft vanilla notes and a rich, silky finish. Refreshing, vibrant, and dangerously easy to sip, this bold green showstopper was made for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations
